A great loose leaf caffeine free option for any Earl Grey lover! Combining that signature bergamot flavour with Ceylon black tea. Our decaf Earl Grey is a perfect option for those who want the taste of Earl Grey, but not the caffeine!
This tea has been decaffeinated using the C02 method.

CO2 method of decaffeination: This is a natural method of removing caffeine from tea as it doesn’t use any harsh chemicals. The tea leaves are exposed to a high pressure CO2 in a container where the CO2 reaches a critical temperature by which it becomes liquid. The small, non-polar molecules of the CO2 attracts the small caffeine molecules away from the Ceylon black tea leaves. This process preserve the flavour of the tea and the extracted caffeine is often sold on to energy drinks companies – a perfect waste free cycle.

Ingredients: Ceylon black tea and bergamot aroma. May contains traces of nuts.

How to make: Brew on or two tablespoon heap per 1 tea cup, in hot boiled water for 5 minutes. You can have with milk and sugar if you choose to.
